Admission Procedure
School reserves the right to admission on the basis of availability of seats. Admission are given without any bar of Sex, Caste, or Creed. Students may seek admission to classes as per their eligibility. A small aptitude test is conducted in presence of the parents to evaluate prospective students quality and knowledge. No Test is conducted for admission in Kinder Garden group. The school strictly adheres to the rules & regulation laid by the Govt. of Rajasthan & Constitution of India. Student & Parents have to fill a declaration form duly signed provided by the school administration and following documents are needed to be submitted at the time of admission

Kinder Garden
1 Birth Certificate for admission in classes NUS/LKG/HKG
2. Latest colored passport size Photograph

Primary Classes
1. Transfer certificate in original is required from the last institution.
2. Photocopy of Mark Sheet/Progress Report/ Passing Certificate of the last class passed
3. Latest colored passport size Photograph

Middle Sections
Transfer certificate in original is required from the last institution. Transfer certificate must be counter signed by District Education Officer if the child is from any district other than KOTA.
1. Photocopy of Mark Sheet/Progress Report/ Passing Certificate of the last class passed
2. Latest colored passport size Photograph

Secondary classes
Transfer certificate in original is required from the last institution. Transfer certificate must be counter signed by District Education Officer if the child is from any district other than KOTA.

Senior Secondary
Transfer certificate in original is required from the last institution. Transfer certificate must be counter signed by District Education Officer if the child is from any district other than KOTA.
1. Photocopy of Mark Sheet/Progress Report/ Passing Certificate of the last class passed
2 Photocopy of class 10th Mark Sheet
3. Latest colored passport size Photograph
4. Students seeking admission in class 11th and 12th from board other than RBSE must bring Migration Certificate.

All above documents must be submitted at the time of admission. A grace period of 15 days may be given from the date of filling the form to complete the procedure. If a student not able to submit required document within the stipulated time then the admission will be treated as cancelled. No refund will be made against cancellation of admission against any cause whatsoever.
